What the job entails
Answering customer questions by email, chat, and phone calls, and resolving urgent matters between customers and drivers.
Actively handling last-minute bookings and communicating with partner drivers.
Reviewing booking details, processing changes, and resolving complaints.
Flexible, rotating schedule (we operate on a 24-hour schedule with teams in Merida, Mexico, and Prague, Czech Republic).
What we are seeking
Full English proficiency (C1 - C2).
Fluent Italian speakers are a big plus.
