Client Support Specialist

Location: Mexico City | Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote

Employment: Full-time | Salary: Starting at 30,000 MXN gross

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the team of a major global client. In this role, you'll manage enterprise accounts, deliver exceptional support, and ensure clients maximize the value of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of premium enterprise clients.
  • Handle daily requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Design search blueprints and dashboards using Boolean logic.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Deliver demos, training sessions, and enablement programs to drive adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of B2B client support experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
