Location: Mexico City | Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote
Employment: Full-time | Salary: Starting at 30,000 MXN gross
About the Role
We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the team of a major global client. In this role, you'll manage enterprise accounts, deliver exceptional support, and ensure clients maximize the value of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of premium enterprise clients.
- Handle daily requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Design search blueprints and dashboards using Boolean logic.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Deliver demos, training sessions, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of B2B client support experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Knowledge of Portuguese (Nice to Have)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
