Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide voice and back-office support. You will manage customer communications, process orders, resolve issues, and contribute to team success.

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues by identifying concerns, determining causes, and providing solutions.

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, email, and other channels following company guidelines.

  • Process customer orders and ensure compliance with procedures.

  • Support team efforts and share insights to improve products/services.

  • Build trust and strong relationships within the team.
