Job Summary – Chat Support Executive

We are looking for

Chat Support Executives

to handle customer interactions through chat platforms with accuracy, professionalism, and customer‑centric service.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via chat promptly and courteously
Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
Maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
Document each interaction clearly
Follow shift schedules, attendance norms, and company policies
Strong written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge & multitasking ability
