- Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Technical Support expertise to assist customers with product or service-related technical issues.
- Analytical Skills to assess problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions.
- Ability to work independently and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
