Job Summary – Chat Support Executive
We are looking for Chat Support Executives to handle customer interactions through chat platforms with accuracy, professionalism, and customer‐centric service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat promptly and courteously
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
- Document each interaction clearly
- Follow shift schedules, attendance norms, and company policies
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge & multitasking ability
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates
- Age: 18+
- Note: Candidates currently pursuing any course are not eligible
Work Schedule
- Working Days: 5 days/week
- Shifts: Rotational, 10-hour shifts
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Leave Policy: No planned leaves for the first 3 months
