Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Analysis of topics related to payment systems based on functional and technical product documentation
· In-depth knowledge of products and services , including their specification and integration aspects, in order to provide an efficient and effective service to banking clients and partners
· Incident resolution and response to requests for clarification related to the services provided
· Ensuring that support requests are resolved quickly and within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
· Communication with Business and Development teams
· Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools
· Supporting clients during product and service testing
· Contact and follow-up of assigned requests
· Logging requests in the database
