**What you’ll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
Support the relationships between Customers and Eaton Account Managers, Operations Teams, and other key functions within the organization to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other Fluid and Electrical Distribution (FED) locations supported by the Customer Service team ensuring “one voice to the customer.” Provide support relative to specific tasks requiring a complete understanding of manufacturing and post production processes relative to tracking parts throughout the process, resolving updating customer line of balance charts, and coordinating customer visits to the facility.
This position will not be engaging in negotiations of any kind directly with a third party customer. This position will be responsible for enabling real time delivery status communication to third party customers on behalf of Eaton Jackson, MI, and any other Eaton FED locations, if applicable.
