Customer Success Specialist – SBNRI

Role Highlights:

  • First point of contact for client queries & issue resolution.
  • Provide tech/product support and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with product & tech teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Educate clients on product features & best practices.
  • Track & document client interactions and feedback for improvements.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in client/tech support and (preferably product/fintech).
  • Strong understanding of product-based company workflows.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Tech-savvy, problem-solver, with startup enthusiasm.
