Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in back‑office customer service operations
  • Amendable to work on site
  • Amendable to attend face to face interview
  • Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
  • Supervises daily back‑office customer service operations, handling client inquiries via email and phone
  • Ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, requests.
  • Coaches, trains, and supports customer service representatives to improve performance and service quality
  • Prepares reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and team performance
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for escalated back‑office customer concerns
