- Supervises daily back‑office customer service operations, handling client inquiries via email and phone
- Ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, requests.
- Coaches, trains, and supports customer service representatives to improve performance and service quality
- Prepares reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and team performance
- Acts as the primary point of contact for escalated back‑office customer concerns
