Job Description

The Manager, Customer Care is responsible for leading the Customer Care team in Poland within the Domains, Identity and Software (DIS) division of the company. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure exceptional customer service, optimize support operations, and enhance the overall customer experience. A key aspect of this role involves integrating AI-driven tools and solutions to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction.
