**Job Summary**
Trainer
**Responsibilities**
+ Onboard and train Supplier’s agents
+ Accountable for the hiring/onboarding success of new agents, along with ongoing training needs that arise from performance improvement plans or new policy/process changes.
+ Hold calibrations and meetings with the Bolt training team.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to Bolt’s customer privacy and data security.
+ Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly training reports
