Role Details:

• Designation: Customer Support
• Experience: 1-3 years in International Voice Process/ Excellent Communication

• Education Eligibility: Any Graduate

• Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
• Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
