Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries through email and live chat
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Adhere to shift schedules and performance metrics
Work Conditions:
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
- Rotational shifts (24x7)
- Both-side cab facility provided
- Immediate joiners required
- Face-to-face interview mandatory
