Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries through email and live chat
  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Adhere to shift schedules and performance metrics

Work Conditions:

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
  • Rotational shifts (24x7)
  • Both-side cab facility provided
  • Immediate joiners required
  • Face-to-face interview mandatory
