Job Responsibilities:


• Responsible for headcount and staff R&R allocation.


• Responsible for direction and guidance given on staff work progress and planning;
always get Involve when there is need.


• Department cost management.


• Responsible for decision making and monitor for the execution progress.


• Involving in management meeting and distribute the related information to all the
subordinates.


• Render support to company’s committee team when help, suggestion and opinion
required (example: EHS committee / canteen committee / Domestic Inquiry
committee, etc).


• Monitor department staff’s work progress regarding to company new product
technical promotion / product manufacturing process at customer site / product
abnormal quality issue judgement.


• Eliminate unnecessary paperwork and work process.
