Roles & Responsibilities- Making Outbound Calls: Responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to the company's properties and to set up appointments for property viewings.
- Qualifying Leads: Should be able to determine the level of interest of the potential client and whether they are a qualified lead, assess the client's budget and buying requirements.
- Scheduling Appointments: Responsible for scheduling appointments with clients for property viewings and follow-up calls, coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments are confirmed and all necessary information is provided.
- Maintaining Customer Database: Maintain an accurate database of customer information, including their contact details, property interests, and status of enquiries.
