Summary

Under the supervision of the Manager, Customer Training, the Customer Training Instructor’s primary purpose is to provide external and internal customers with the training needed to obtain lift truck operator certifications per OSHA/ANSI standards. In addition, the Customer Training Instructor provides “train-the-trainer” training to support customers’ internal training needs.

Essential Functions

  • Partner and collaborate with external clients, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver training to meet customer needs (., lift truck operator training certification courses).
  • Lead and support training activities in support of customer training. Collaborate to develop long-range training schedules for customers across the United States.
