Overview
TouchBistro is looking for a Customer Training Specialist to partner closely with Sales to ensure smooth and successful customer launches. In this role, you'll guide restaurant teams through hands-on training that helps them confidently use TouchBistro POS and Payments within the context of their unique operations. You'll play a key role in setting customers up for long-term success by simplifying complex workflows, answering questions in real time, and ensuring teams feel supported from day one. Your focus on service excellence will drive strong product adoption, boost customer confidence, and help create loyal customer advocates.
