<p>About the role-<br/><br/>The AI Operations Manager will be responsible for running and scaling the AI and analytics operations for our pharma analytics business, ensuring reliable delivery of insights to internal stakeholders and/or clients while maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency.<br/><br/>Key responsibilities-<br/><br/>- Own day- to- day operations of AI/analytics products and workflows (data pipelines, models, dashboards, AI agents/LLM tools) used across functions such as commercial, R&D, pharmacovigilance, and supply chain.<br/><br/>- Translate business objectives into a clear AI/analytics operations roadmap, prioritize requests, and manage delivery timelines with data science, engineering, and business teams.<br/><br/>- Set up and manage processes for model deployment, monitoring, incident management, and performance reporting (uptime, SLA adherence, failure rates, time- to- insight).<br/>&...
