As a Customs Clearance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely movement of materials—particularly sensitive and dangerous goods—through close coordination with government authorities, ports, and logistics partners.

Key Accountabilities

Track and organize all import and export shipments.

Attend air, sea, and land ports as required for shipment clearance.

Coordinate customs clearance documentation and approvals.

Prepare and issue Ministry of Defense (MoD) application letters.

Follow up with MoD, MOI, GHQ, Police, and Customs on clearance status.

Arrange and attend MoD escorts for DG shipments when required.

Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
