Customs Clerk

The Customs Clerk (PARS) is responsible for reviewing and processing Customs documentation for Canada Border basic releases and confirmations. The person in this role must always ensure timely and accurate execution of their work, while abiding by Company policies and procedures. This role includes providing support, and cross training in a fast paced, high call volume office environment and will assist in completing operational and data entry tasks as necessary.
**Job Duties**
- Establish work schedules, procedures and coordinate activities with drivers, shipping, receiving, and accounting.
- Scheduling and proactively dispatching/supervising a fleet of drivers (local/line haul/owner operators), trucks and trailers by coordinating with other dispatchers.
- Direct the pickup and delivery activities.
- Organize and prepare all customs and commercial invoices for cross-border traffic through Avaal Electronic Manifest (PAPS/PARS).
