- Responsible for coordination of all Export Operations. - Responsible for elaboration of all Export Invoice. - Responsible for preparing, approving and following up shipments of MSO. - Responsible for the shipment of the American invoice for the preparation of the manifest by the American Custom Agent. - Responsible for the Review of Export pediments. - Responsible for delivery of pediments to the carrier, coordinator and ensure the crossing in the indicated date. - Responsible for keeping the file of Export operation and imports current and with all required documentation (pediments and annexes). - Responsible for other Activities related of its function and objective of the department indicated by himself or by the Manager Customs. - Responsible for shipping the product on time to the customer, using authorized carriers. - Responsible for the review of transports and Custom brokers Invoice. - Responsible for delivery signature BOL’s of shi...
