We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Customs & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing customs documentation and compliance processes while ensuring excellent service delivery by managing customer inquiries processing orders and supporting our internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare review and ensure compliance of all customs documentation for shipments (including declarations certificates of origin)
  • Coordinate with customs brokers freight forwarders and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance
  • Coordinate with the shipper and freight forwarders to obtain required documents
