- Supervise day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by Customs Regulations, Trade and Compliance Laws, as well as Vertiv Compliance Department.- Provide Leadership to the team ensuring that individual and team objectives are communicated and met.
- Address issues of nonperformance in a controlled and structured way, ensuring fairness and integrity
- Create and maintain an inclusive work environment.
- Fully utilize the individual strengths within the team to make the team stronger.
- Ensure that all team members meet the required standards of performance
- Ensure appropriate development, training and coaching for the team.
- Ensure that an effective escalation process is in place to deal with critical issues.
