The Cutover Manager provides overall leadership for cutover and deployment activities, including deployment planning, cutover plan development, dress rehearsals, operational readiness testing, go-live readiness assessments, production cutover, and hypercare.

This role is responsible for active participation in Release and SDLC governance processes, aligned with client’s global business objectives, to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business continuity. As the leader of the cutover process, the incumbent ensures the reliability and efficiency of all cutover activities while maintaining continuous and effective communication with all stakeholders.
