1.Supervise the assembly, disassembly, repair, and maintenance of TBM disc cutters and related components.
2. Inspect cutter assemblies regularly to identify wear, damage, and required replacements.
3. Coordinate with tunneling teams to address cutter performance issues and support emergency repairs when needed.
4. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce cutter-related downtime and ensure operational readiness.
5. Manage cutter inventory, tools, and spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
6. Maintain accurate records of cutter usage, repairs, and performance data.
7. Train and mentor workshop technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
8. Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for technical support and procurement of specialized parts.
9. Ensure full compliance with safety and quality procedures in all workshop activities.
 10. Demonstrate strong understanding of disc cutter mechanics, materials, workshop tools, and TBM operations, including inventory and maintenance practices.
