About the team


You will be part of the Aftermarket (AM) division’s Commercial Vehicle (CV) Business Line in Japan, working closely with a local sales leader and collaborating cross-functionally with the Asia Pacific team. The AM division in Japan includes over 20 members across IAM & OES Sales, Sales Support, Technical Service, and Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive network management strategy in a dynamic, multinational environment.

What you can look forward to as CV Network Manager:

  • Develop and manage Key Accounts (KAs) and strengthen IAM distribution channel effectiveness across Japan

  • Lead rollout and expansion of the [pro]Service concept for authorized CV workshops, driving workshop demand and brand differentiation

  • Build and implement strategies to scale fleet-pull activities across various truck and bus segments

  • Deliver technical support and insights to OEMs, distributors, [pro]Service partners, and fleet customers

  • Organize and execute targeted seminars and events to enhance IAM channel engagement

  • Identify new business opportunities in workshops and fleets and communicate with relevant stakeholders for future growth

  • Align closely with regional and global CV strategies through dotted-line reporting to the APAC category manager

    • Your Profile as CV Network Manager:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within the automotive industry; aftermarket and CV experience preferred

  • Proven experience managing external partner companies such as distributors and workshop partners

  • Native-level Japanese with business-level English communication skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to quickly learn new IT systems

  • Willingness to travel domestically 2–3 times per month

  • Experience in multinational companies or international working environments is a plus
