You will support our Lead CVM Campaign Manager to define, plan and deliver CVM campaigns that support our strategic initiatives.

You will engage, and brief cross functional teams (GTM, Marketing, Online, Retail, Contact Centre, Campaign Build etc.) on CVM programmes and support the delivery effort by attending planning, GTM forums, online team sprint meetings, etc.

Scoping and briefing the campaign requirements to Customer Communications (Marketing) such as segmentation, personalisation and automation requirements as well as creative, messaging and offers.

You will be responsible for understanding the impact of and responding to any changes in campaign proposition, offers/pricing, channel capability, channel issues / outages which will impact the squad programmes / activity.
