<p style="font-family:work-sans-medium;"><b>Strength Requirements:</b> The primary responsibility of this role is to develop strength reliability for static strength and durability performance of vehicle frame, body, and chassis.</p> <p style="font-family:work-sans-medium;"><b>Job Description:</b></p> <ul style="font-family:work-sans-medium;"> <li>Develop strength and durability performance of vehicle frame, body, and chassis (suspension, axle, bushing) through prediction, evaluation, and analysis</li> <li>Prediction: Analytical (hand calculation, design review) and CAE (FEA, MBD, other simulations) methods</li> <li>Evaluation: Vehicle input load measurements and bench tests (static and fatigue), by collaborating with technician team members</li> <li>Analysis: Data organization and visualization to extract trends, fatigue life calculation, failure analysis, etc...
