Adecco is assisting a local client in **Passaic, NJ** in their search for a **Customer Service Representative** . This is an **onsite** position paying **$18.50/Hour** . If you meet the qualification below, apply now!
**SHIFT DETAILS: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM** . Off on Tuesday and Wednesday.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
