Were looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as CX Handlers/Verifiers for a 5-month project. This role is all about accuracy and client interactionno selling involved. Youll be responsible for verifying client information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting smooth handoffs to the sales team.
What Youll Do:
Conduct client verification calls to confirm contact and account details.
Update and maintain accurate client information in the system.
Document call outcomes and corrections.
Pass verified data to the sales team for further action.
Handle basic client queries or escalate when needed.
Ensure compliance with policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
Generate daily/weekly verification reports.
