Overview

Senior CX consulting leader required to own solution direction, delivery oversight, and pre-sales support across multiple client engagements. This is a hands‑on leadership role, sitting above configuration but close to delivery, acting as the escalation point and CX authority.

Responsibilities

  • Define high‑level CX solution architecture and delivery approach (not config).
  • Oversee 2‑3 concurrent projects as delivery lead and escalation point.
  • Guide teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes.
  • Support pre‑sales, demos, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, executable CX roadmaps.
