This opportunity is for a high-impact CX Solution Leader who will drive the next phase of Altudo’s growth by shaping winning solutions and influencing strategic deals. You will lead a high-potential presales organization supporting enterprise and strategic accounts across multiple digital platforms. Working at the intersection of sales, technology, and business strategy, you will define deal vision, differentiation, and win strategy. The role involves building and scaling a best-in-class presales team that directly impacts win rates and deal quality. With strong year-on-year growth momentum, presales is a core growth engine at Altudo. You will be running a business within a business — where solution leadership translates directly into revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development of high-quality, compelling proposals and bids that showcase Altudo's unique value propositions and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Service Lines (SLs) to capture and analyze customer requirements and develop tailored proposals that address client needs effectively.
- Position yourself as a thought leader by participating in industry events, writing whitepapers, and engaging in public speaking opportunities.
- Lead and conduct webinars to share knowledge, showcase Altudo's expertise, and attract potential clients.
- Present proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their business objectives.
- Facilitate and lead discovery workshops with clients to deeply understand their business challenges and opportunities.
- Translate workshop findings into actionable insights and solutions.
- Establish thought leadership within key accounts by sharing industry insights, trends, and best practices.
- Participate and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to maintain strong client relationships and drive account growth.
- Assess customer needs and develop vertical-specific solutions that align with their business goals and industry standards.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and deliverable within the client's constraints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing plans aimed at existing and new accounts.
- Design campaigns and initiatives that highlight Altudo's solutions and value propositions.
Who you are
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Possess solid technical expertise, particularly in Digital Experience (DX), Content management systems (CMS), Commerce platforms, and Data & Ai solutions.
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive discovery calls with prospects, identifying their needs, and translating them into actionable insights.
- Capable of developing proposals ranging from $2 million to $10 million, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Experienced in creating tailored solutions within services companies, with a track record of successful implementations.
- Comes from a strong technology background, ideally with experience in DX, CMS, Commerce, or data & Ai solutions.
- Has participated in and contributed to the bid process, demonstrating the ability to lead and win competitive bids.
- Brings at least 10 years of relevant experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and presales functions.
