Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Customer Experience Management (CXM) experience to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives in a public sector environment. This role is suited to a customer focused professional with 7+ years of business analysis experience working on complex business transformation and case management solutions. The successful candidate will support DevOps delivery teams through requirements elicitation, functional specifications, fit gap analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, while also contributing to CXM standards, templates, and reusable program artifacts. Experience with CRM or CXM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle, along with cloud based SaaS or PaaS implementations, is a strong asset.
