Overview
As a member of the military, Cyber Operators conduct defensive cyber operations and, when required and feasible, active cyber operations. They collaborate with other government departments, agencies, and allies to enhance the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) ability to maintain a secure cyber environment. Responsibilities include monitoring CAF communication networks to detect and respond to unauthorized access attempts and providing cyber support for Navy, Army, Air Force, and joint operations.
