FOF Cyber Risk Coordinator

FOF needs a dedicated Cyber Risk Coordinator responsible for working directly with Chevron's Risk Management team of risk analysts and risk managers from the different Chevron internal product lines that support our program's capabilities. The FOF program Cyber Risk Coordinator performs administrative activities in support of application cyber ratings, third party cyber risk, responsible AI, and data privacy.

The FOF Cyber Risk Coordinator supports the FOF program by attending all project status update meetings, while being embedded in the Risk Management Organization by completing risk analyst training, attending standard risk management meetings, and tracking policy 564 status in alignment with the project phases established by the FOF program.

It is the Cyber Risk Coordinator's role to ensure that all P564 status and risk tracking work is current and to escalate to the Cyber Tech Lead where necessary to ensure cybersecurity delays are addressed early and driven through to resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Entering and tracking of all P564 activities for the FOF program in ADO
  • Attend all FOF project/product update meetings
  • Complete risk analyst training
  • Attend risk management ceremonies and weekly/bi-weekly team meetings
  • Support product owners and track products in the Third-Party Cyber Risk Management Tool
  • Support product owners and track products in the Responsible AI Tool
  • Track and maintain data quality and status of FOF cyber assurance reviews in the Risk Management Cyber Assurance Tracker tool
  • Track and maintain data quality and artifacts from FOF cyber assurance reviews in the Risk Management Cyber Assurance Resource Repository
  • Facilitate and support Application Cybersecurity Rating reviews

Required qualifications

  • Knowledge of entry-level cybersecurity concepts and practices.
  • Familiarity with technology documentation to include network architecture, design specifications, and system descriptions, use cases, and concepts of operation
  • Experience with cyber risk assessment tools and methodologies
  • Ability to learn and pick up new tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred qualifications

  • Azure DevOps feature, user story, and dashboard experience
  • Cybersecurity compliance or auditing tracking experience
  • Project management and coordination experience.
