To ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, and information systems.

1. IT Infrastructure and Network Management

• Oversee the organization's computer systems, networks, and data operations with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
• Design, implement, and maintain server environments, network configurations, backups, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Ensure the secure configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all network and server infrastructure.
• Manage IT budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and strategic investment.
