We are currently preparing response to an upcoming opportunity, and should we be successful we would be looking for potentially two experienced Cyber Security GRC Assessors to support high‑priority cyber assurance and Authority to Operate activities within a major government environment. This is a 5-month contract till 30th June 2026 initial with possible extensions. This opportunity has a possibility to be remote.
  
  
CRITERIA 

• Conduct GRC-focused cyber security risk assessments across enterprise ICT infrastructure, platforms and systems, including cloud and SaaS applications.
• Assess security documentation and system designs against GRC‑aligned frameworks such as the Essential Eight, ISM and PSPF
• Produce comprehensive GRC risk assessment reports outlining risks, findings and recommended remediation actions for Authorisation Authority review
• Provide specialist GRC cyber security advice and effectively engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Current AGSVA NV1 or higher
• Demonstrated experience as a Cyber Security GRC Specialist, conducting security risk assessments across ICT systems and environments
• Strong knowledge of GRC‑aligned security frameworks, including the Essential Eight, ISM and PSPF
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality GRC risk assessment reports with clear findings, risks and recommended remediation actions
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in a GRC advisory context.
