Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management (IRM) Specialist to monitor, configure, and enhance data protection policies across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help draft policies for the Microsoft Purview IRM platform; create customisable templates.
• Explore and enable adaptive protection and data connectors to enhance IRM insights.
• Leverage Purview IRM data to drive investigations across security, HR, and legal teams.
• Manage IRM settings including detection groups, priority user groups, and policy indicators.
• Build and maintain policy templates for departing users, risky users, and security violations.
• Provide insights from Purview IRM for escalated cases.
• Support incident detection, investigation, and response through Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports.
