Working Days : Monday - Friday.
Job Description:-
Security Strategy & Governance:
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory
requirements.
Infrastructure Security:
- Manage Intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Ensure secure configuration of Servers, Networks, and Cloud
environments.
Monitoring & Incident Response:
- Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activities.
- Lead Mitigation Activities for cyber alerts
- Lead investigations and remediation of security incidents.
- Risk Management:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans. • Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain incident response plans. • Oversee Log Review for Firewall, EDR & Other Appliances. • Maintain Cyber Security Posture based on CIS Benchmarking o Compliance & Audits:
- • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, DPDP, and other relevant standards. • Coordinate internal and external security audits. o Cyber Security Awareness / Innovation • Manage and mentor IT Infrastructure Team members for Cybersecurity topics • Conduct security awareness programs for employees • Exploration of Cyber Security Solutions to achieve efficiencies
