Job Title: Cybersecurity Sales Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 5+ Years (Enterprise Sales)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of cybersecurity solutions, including Security Operations Center (SOC) and managed security services, to large enterprise clients in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads) in large organizations.
  • Leverage an established network with CISOs and other senior security stakeholders to generate leads and build trust.
  • Engage and collaborate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to develop joint go-to-market strategies, stay updated on product offerings, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of selling SOC, managed security services, and other cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, firewalls, etc.).
  • Good understanding of security compliance frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Well-established network with CISOs and other key security decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Experience engaging with OEMs and leveraging their resources for sales enablement.
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and technology vendors is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
