We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CSSP Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Scott AFB, Hill AFB, or Whitehall OH starting in March 2026. This position will support the DISA GSM-O Task Order 09 Network Assurance (NA) Program. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for our Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) customers, managing client relationships and ensuring their operational effectiveness. You will provide technical support and facilitate incident response communication. Your work will be crucial in helping our customers maintain a strong security posture and meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
+ Customer Onboarding & Engagement:
+ Support the onboarding of new CSSP customers and conduct regular, as-needed engagements.
+ Onboard and engage CSSP customers to ensure operational effectiveness.
+ Gather and maintain customer artifacts and lists on NIPR and SIPR.
