Job Description
• Experience with Client/server infrastructure, computer/help desk support, local area network, and desktop computer architectures, a thorough understanding of required duties of a computer support field environment
• Basic knowledge of computer engineering or cybersecurity principles, practices, theories, and methods to identify and solve basic problems.
•. Experience needs to be directly related to Information Systems/Help Desk. High school diploma or GED required.
• Desired: Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows Operating System and Microsoft Server, client-server computing, middleware, and TCP/IP networking; Microsoft Applications such as Office, Internet Explorer, SCCM, and SCOM. IT Telecommunications environments, such as telephone circuits, data communications, plant cabling concepts.
