Job Description
Title: Cybersecurity Integrator & Support (Technician Level)

Role summary : Supports the deployment of cybersecurity solutions for customers. Focus on executing standard deployment requests, timely communication, and continuous improvement of existing processes and runbooks.
Engagement details
• Duration: Permanent contract (full‑time)
• Reports to: Operation Lead
Objectives
Execute standard deployment requests according to existing procedures.
Manage customer deployment requests within agreed SLAs with clear communication.
Improve efficiency and quality of the deployment process through feedback and small automation.
Propose lean updates to documentation where procedures can be clarified or optimized.

Triage, plan, execute, and close deployment tickets with concise updates and evidence.
