Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement across a broad portfolio of cybersecurity solutions. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their technical cybersecurity requirements and proposing effective, scalable solutions from emt/QBS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to closure

  • Engage with customers to understand business and cybersecurity requirements

  • Deliver technical presentations, solution briefings, and product demonstrations

  • Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs and budgets

  • Develop solution architectures, BOMs, and technical documentation

  • Map customer requirements to suitable cybersecurity solutions - technologies and vendors

  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and technical evaluations

Technical Expertise

  • Act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant for partners/customers

  • Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices

  • Provide technical guidance on licensing, sizing, and solution positioning

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with vendors, channel partners, and internal delivery teams

  • Support sales enablement and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains, including:

    • Network & Perimeter Security (Firewalls, IPS, VPN)

    • Endpoint Security & EDR/XDR

    • SIEM & SOC solutions

    • Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

    • Vulnerability Management & GRC

  • Experience with common cybersecurity vendors is a strong plus

Professional Experience

  • 2–6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing role is preferred

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Security certifications are a plus (e.g., CEH, Security+, CISSP, CISM)

  • Vendor certifications (Microsoft, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.) are advantageous

Language Requirements

  • English: Very good to fluent

  • Arabic: Native

  • Willingness to travel locally as required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
