Cybersecurity Project Manager / Scrum Master

JOB SUMMARY:

• The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Team working closely with the Product Owner and team members to ensure valuable work produced by the team is completed with quality and meets the needs of their customer.


• The Product Scrum Master’s key responsibilities are to facilitate the team events (Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives), manage the team’s capacity, and provide visibility to the team’s commitment to deliver ratio.
• In addition, the Product Scrum Master participates in Quarterly Planning for the Platform events and processes including the Planning events.
• The Scrum Master collaborates with the Platform Scrum Master and works with the team to ensure the Scrum process is being maintained, the health of the team is intact and that they are striving to get better sprint over sprint by supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
