The Opportunity: What You'll Do Aggressive New Business Development: Own the entire sales cycle, with a primary focus on active hunting to generate new opportunities (80% focus). You will leverage CRM, cold calling, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach to build a robust pipeline from scratch. Consultative Selling: Understand the core technical value of complex SaaS solutions, especially in the cybersecurity realm (experience with Endpoint Security is a strong plus). Articulate this value to high-level IT and Security stakeholders. Regional Focus: Lead the charge in penetrating the Mexican market (primarily) while actively developing new business in key markets across LATAM. Data-Driven Execution: Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene, providing transparent, data-backed forecasts and progress reports to leadership, ensuring a predictable path to goal attainment. What You Bring to the Table 5 Years of Proven Sales Success: Extensive experience handling the full end-to-end sales process within the Cybersecurity field. SaaS Expertise: Demonstrable track record of selling complex, high-value SaaS solutions (not just perpetual licenses or simple products). Adaptable and Flexible: Must be highly adaptable to change, capable of pivoting strategies quickly, and comfortable adjusting to new priorities and emerging industry trends typical of a growth-stage startup. Bilingual Business Fluency: Fluent in English (verbal and written), capable of conducting high-stakes business meetings and technical discussions. Self-Starter & Highly Driven: A genuinely driven professional who requires minimal supervision and views ambitious sales targets as minimum expectations. Technical Curiosity: A keen interest in cybersecurity to understand the basic technical aspects of the product and translate features into customer benefits. Why Join Us?
