As a member of the FortiNAC TAC team based in Taipei, you will help troubleshoot complex network access and security issues, acting as a subject matter expert for FortiNAC deployments across diverse customer environments. You will provide technical support to global customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues across different time zones.
