Cytometrist for the Flow Cytometry Unit ( TECCF26)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthuasiastic cytometrist, eager to learn to join our busy team. The position is for an a junior technician, with plenty of room to grow and to learn, that wish to do a career in Flow Cytometry Core Unit. The Unit currently counts with three high speed cell sorters (1 FACS ARIA IIu, 1 Influx and 1 FACS Discover S8), and 4 analytical cytometers (2 FACS CANTO II, 1 LSR Fortessa X20 and 1 AURORA 5L). We also count with 2 automated cell counters, 1 AutoMACS Pro and a GentleMACS for sample preparation.
The successful candidate will:
• Operate the unit cell sorters.
• Train and support CNIO users on the use of the analytical cytometers of the unit.
• Take care of the QC/QA of all the unit cytometers, as well as basic maintenance on all the unit cytometers.
