Currently we are looking for

CZECH SPEAKING SERVICE DESK ANALYST LEVEL 1 (ET97)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days office/week)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: contractor

Tasks:

  • Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
  • Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution

    • Requirements:

  • Understanding on basics for Windows and Office suite.
  • Customer service skills & Problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills (Czech).
  • Team collaboration.
  • Availability shift rostering for 24x7
  • Confident English
  • Candidate needs to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
